Ingredients:

12 dates, pitted, and roughly chopped

½ cup thick yogurt of choice (MIGHT need to add a little more to get the yogurt very thick)

1.5 scoops of Whey Back Vanilla

1 pinch flakey sea salt

3 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice

1/3 cup chocolate chips - used in reel: White Chocolate Pascha DF chips

½ teaspoon hard coconut oil
Recipe:
Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl. Stir well.
Next, add in the dates, almond butter and one pinch of sea salt to a bowl. Mix until combined.
Scoop out the mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Mixture should yield 8 evenly sized clusters.
Freeze for 1-2 hours (could do longer), until hardened.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. (suggestion: melt in three increments of 30 seconds- stirring after each 30-second interval.
Dunk each cluster in the melted chocolate.
Freeze again for 10-15 minutes, until re-hardened.
