Tiramisu Protein Shake

All the dessert vibes. None of the guilt vibes. This taste of Italy delivers all of the best flavors from a classic Tiramisu AND helps you hit your macros. The coffee, cocoa, and rum flavor take post-workout fuel to a new level. Does it get any better?

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Almond Milk
  • 1 shot Espresso
  • 1 scoop EFM Whey Back Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tbs Cream Cheese
  • 5g Cocoa
  • 3-5 drops of Rum Extract
  • 15g Spinach
  • 5-6oz Ice

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients together and mix in a pulse blender
  • Toss in a cookie and pulse until just blended, with chunks
