1 tbsp nut butter

2 tsp coconut sugar

3-4 tbsp milk

2 tbsp protein powder

3 tbsp self rising flour
Recipe:
Mix all wet ingredients (nut butter, coconut sugar, milk) in a bowl until the sugar disintegrates.
Add in the flour and protein powder. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes (might be more of less depending which flour you use! AND also depends if you’re using ceramic or glass ramekin).
You can top with a dollop of greek yogurt & cinnamon! add dates too if you'd like and can add in more carbs :)
