* 3 rice cakes
* 2 tablespoons of nut butter (your preference)
* 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
* 1-1 1/2 scoops thicc mint protein powder
* 100g dark chocolate (+ 1/2 tsp coconut oil if needed)
MAKES 6-7
1. In a bowl, break the rice cakes into small pieces.
2. Mix nut butter, Greek yogurt, and protein powder together with the rice cakes. Should create a very thick mixture!
3. Melt the chocolate chips however you see fit! (in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring every 30 seconds).
4. Fill muffin tins with the mixture, then top with melted chocolate.
5. Put in the fridge or freezer for about 1-2 hours!
