In just a few minutes, you can have a batch of creamer ready for the week ahead:
- 1 cup half & half
- 1-1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Keystone Collagen
Combine all ingredients except for collagen in a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and continue to whisk until all ingredients come together. Once fully combined, remove the creamer from the stove and add collagen. Stir until smooth and allow to cool before transferring to storage. Keeps in the fridge for 4-5 days. Stir again before use.
