These Double Chocolate Fudge Protein Bites are rich, fudgy, and packed with 7g of protein in just 53 calories—because why choose between gains and dessert when you can have both? With only 3.5g carbs and a little fiber boost, they’re basically a snack-time flex. Let’s get fudgyyyyyyyyy.
Ingredients:
Brownie / fudge:

1 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/2 cup of Earth Fed Muscle Chocolate protein powder

2 Tbsp of choice nut butter
Coating (optional):
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips of choice (Used in video: 100% unsweetened Pascha)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing until the texture becomes crumbly—it may seem too dry at first (but resist the urge to add water!). Using clean hands, knead the mixture into a large ball. It should feel like play dough—if it’s still too dry, add 1-4 tablespoons of water gradually, but be careful not to overdo it, or the dough will become too wet.
Line a bread pan or glass dish with parchment paper, then press the dough evenly into the pan. Slice into bars or squares, and if you're feeling extra indulgent, coat them in melted chocolate—or enjoy them as is!
