Made with organic rolled oats, flaxseed, protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon spice, this grab-and-go breakfast is perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout refuel.

Prep them in minutes, let the fridge work its magic overnight, and wake up to a cinnamon rolls - without the sugar crash. Try even prepping 2-3 at a time, so you’re ready to rock and roll for 2-3 of your busy mornings during the week.


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup organic rolled oats
  • One scoop way back vanilla by earth fed muscle
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of organic coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup choice, milk
  • Optional toppings once removed from fridge: a dollop of Greek yogurt, organic cream, cheese, and/or dash of cinnamon

Recipe:

Combine the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, coconut sugar, cinnamon in a mason jar or Tupperware container.

Shake or stir until thoroughly mixed.

Next, pour  your milk in a few different increments as you stir! Always an option to add in more milk to reach desired consistency. Leave in the fridge for one to two hours – or until “set”.

Top with desired ingredients, and devour! Remember, chew thoroughly :)
