Made with just four simple ingredients (yes, really!), they deliver that perfect balance of sweet and salty, with a boost of CARBS (body’s main source of fuel!) to power you through your next sweat session.
Dunked in Greek yogurt and our decadent Chocolate Shake Up protein powder, then finished with a drizzle of chocolate, they’re the kind of snack you’ll crave whether you're hitting the gym or just need a little energy boost.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1.5 scoops (more if needed) Chocolate Shakeup Grass-Fed Whey
- 10-12 large baked pretzels - Recommend “Unique Snacks Sprouted Splits Pretzels” …. great ingredients!
- ¼ cup chocolate chips - Recommend Pascha, Hu, Just Date brands
- 1 tsp (+/-) organic coconut oil
Recipe:
- Combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a cup. Mix well until no clumps remain.
- Next, dunk your pretzels in the mixture, using either your hands or a hook mechanism! Use a spoon to make sure all areas are covered
- Once all pretzels have been covered, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in a cup. Recommend doing 30 second intervals and stirring after each one.
- Finally, drizzle each of the pretzels with desired amount of chocolate sauce.
- Place in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours! Store in tightly sealed container.
