Ingredients
1 cup brewed coffee OR cold brew
1 cup whole milk
1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle's Chocolate Shake Up protein powder
Ice - 6 cubes, as desired
Recipe
Brew 1 cup of coffee. Drop in the freezer for at least 15 minutes (ideally longer!). Add your whole milk - and most importantly - your scoop of Chocolate Shake Up protein.
Blend up - ideally with a frother!
