Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee/2 espresso shots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop earth fed muscle caramelt whey protein powder
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt 
  • Optional: date paste OR honey + sprinkle sea salt

Recipe:

  1. Brew your coffee as desired. Let it cool either in the freezer or on the counter.
  2. Next, in a separate glass, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, and date paste. Stir well with a frother until no clumps remain. 
  3. Pour your *now chilled* coffee over ice. Slowly pour the cold foam mixture over the iced coffee.
  4. Sprinkle with a dash of sea salt.
